Flu Clinic 2019

RMA's Flu Clinic is scheduled for Tuesday, October 15th from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Per the Nash County Health Department, parent consent is required for vaccination. Parents of middle or upper school students do not have to be present for their child(ren) to receive the vaccine but must complete and sign the consent form. Parents of lower school students must be present in order for their child(ren) to receive the flu vaccine. As always, RMA encourages all students receiving the vaccine to be accompanied by a parent, regardless of a student's age. Contact aharrell@rmacademy.com to be included in the flu clinic.
