North
Carolina Living Museum
A Project of the
RMA Fourth Grade
May 11, 2005
Meet the North Carolina personalities that our fourth grade students have studied for their Living Museum project. Each personality is either from North Carolina or has spent much of his or her life in our fine state.
A "statue" of each personality was in RMA's living museum today. The statue magically, mystically came to life at the sound of a whistle and told his or her story for a crowd of students, parents, grandparents and friends who walked through the museum. When the story was through, the statue was motionless until a new group of people came to view it and the whistle blew once more.
