Driving Directions to Rocky Mount Academy

If you are interested in your child attending Rocky Mount Academy, click here.  Please give us your name, mailing address and phone number along with the grade and year in which your child would be entering RMA.  You can give us your child's name, if you would like, but it is not required.

If you are an alumnus of RMA but have not been receiving mailings, we would like to get a current address for you. Or, if you are an alum with an address change, please let us know.  We would like to have some "news" on you also to pass along in our Alumni News section of The Beak.  To pass on any or all of this information, click here.

Driving directions to Rocky Mount Academy:

From Sunset Avenue

Turn onto Winstead Avenue headed south (towards Guardian Care, away from the hospital).  Go through stop light at Winstead Road and then keep straight over railroad tracks.  Take first left after crossing tracks onto Ridgecrest Road.  At first stop sign, turn right onto Englewood Drive.  Dead end into Wellington Drive.  Turn left.  Take next right onto Avondale Avenue.  You will dead end into RMA.  

From 301

Turn onto Old Mill Road at Stallings Oil and the Zip Mart (across from Office Depot).  Wind around Old Mill.  Go over railroad tracks and turn right onto Wellington Drive.  Follow Wellington to Avondale Avenue.  Turn left onto Avondale, and you will dead end into RMA.  

From I-95

Take the US 64 East exit off of I-95.  Follow the directions below.

From US 64

Take the Winstead Avenue exit.  Head south at top of ramp (turn in direction of hospital).   Go through stop light at Winstead Road and then keep straight over railroad tracks.  Take first left after crossing tracks onto Ridgecrest Road.  At first stop sign, turn right onto Englewood Drive.  Dead end into Wellington Drive.  Turn left.  Take next right onto Avondale Avenue.  You will dead end into RMA.
