Field Day 2006
Field Day started with buddies hanging out together for the last time this year. The older buddies picked up their younger buddies, and they processed to the field. Then, after recognizing Samantha for designing the tshirts and making Frank sing "I'm A Little Teapot" for his 18th birthday, the buddies started the fun. Each twosome of grades did the hoops relay together, one class vs. the other class in the Lower School grade. While waiting their turn, the seniors and the almost-Middle Schoolers (fifth graders) had a little pick-up game of football. RMA is that kind of place! As Samantha's tshirt said, "Rocky Mount Academy -- A Great Stop on the Journey of Life."
When the buddy activity is over, the divisions will separate for the continuance of their own age appropriate Field Days.
